
Dr. Paul Shelton is a Professor of Business and Analytics. His teaching is focused on research methods, data analytics, strategy, and management. He has previously served on the faculty at the University of Central Oklahoma. Prior to his work in academics, Dr. Shelton worked for the federal government in various capacities including leadership. He currently consults with businesses and nonprofits in the areas of strategy, data analytics, organizational change, organizational development, and human resource optimization. Dr. Shelton holds a PhD from Colorado State University and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.

Dr. Michelle Shelton is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 15 years experience as a therapist, leader, advocate, educator, and researcher in the field of mental health. She is a former Associate Professor of Psychology and continues to work in higher education roles in the field. Dr. Shelton speaks and consults in the areas of mental health, suicide prevention and awarness, stress, workplace burnout, and work/life/health balance. Dr. Shelton holds an EdD in Higher Education Leadership and an MA in Clinical Psychology.

Tyler Shelton is a Data Analyst for Institutional Research in the Data Analytics Department of George Fox University. Tyler has worked for many years as an assistant in this department before stepping into his current role. In addition Tyler was a software engineer for the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity and holds a business analytics certificate. He provides consultation in areas of data analytics, cybersecurity, computer science, web design, and automation.
